I just got to do baby Carlee's 3 1/2 month old blessing pictures on Saturday. Mom wanted the ones of her and baby together to look white and heavenly. I hope these are what she had in mind. :)

More Josie!

I just couldn't help myself - I had to post this one last picture of Josie.
When I start working on a family's photos, I go through and find the ones that stand out to me as my favorites, before they are edited. Then I edit those pics and put them on the blog for a preview. A lot of the time after I've finished a family's pictures I find that some pictures that didn't quite stand out to me as my absolute top favorites before they were edited - end up being my favorites after they are edited. This is one of those pictures. Since I am now all caught up on my editing (YAY!!) I decided to take a few minutes and post this one last picture of Josie. After it was edited it ended up being my most favorite picture from this session.

The Knight Family Preview

Meeting this cute little family was awesome! Mom and Dad were super friendly, great to talk to, and so patient. Their little one was a tad tired, which for some parents (myself included - when I'm getting my own family pictures done) can be very frustrating. They were so calm and so patient and willing to try whatever we could to get pictures of their daughter smiling (like playing fetch with someone's random dog, throwing snow balls at each other, popcorn, and even meeting up later on after a little nap to snap a few more pictures). I loved every minute of this session. It was so great to meet you Knight family! :)

The Sexiest Man Alive Contest!

Ok . . . it's not a picture for the sexiest man alive contest, but I had you fooled for a second, right? ;) This is my good looking, hard working husband. He needed to submit a picture for a thing at his work and they needed it by tomorrow. He just got back in town this afternoon, so I took a quick picture in our kitchen when he got home. I didn't go against child labor laws by paying my 3 year old a tootsie roll to sit on the kitchen table and hold the reflector, did I? lol.
